These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MobileServices platform operated by MobileServices ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at mobileservices.app. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
MobileServices is a business management platform for mobile auto detailing businesses. The platform allows service providers to manage bookings, customers, invoices, and communications. Customers may use the platform to book detailing services from registered providers.
2. ACCOUNTS
You must create an account to use most features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from MobileServices and service providers on our platform.
Opt-In: You may opt in to SMS messages verbally when booking a service, by texting START to +1 (425) 307-4884, or by entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during booking.
Message Types: Appointment confirmations, booking reminders, service status updates, and account notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply for sending and receiving text messages.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from all future messages. You will receive one final confirmation text after opting out. To opt back in, text START to +1 (425) 307-4884.

Mobile Number Non-Sharing: We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Interfere with the operation of the platform
5. PAYMENTS AND FEES
Service providers pay subscription fees as described on the pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
6. SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Service providers using the platform to manage customer relationships are solely responsible for:
- The quality and delivery of their services
- Obtaining proper consent from their customers before sending SMS communications
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Accurate representation of their services and pricing
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MobileServices platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by MobileServices and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILESERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MobileServices from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
